At its core, the Spinal Flow Technique works with the body’s innate intelligence and the ability to heal itself. How Does It Work?
During a Spinal Flow Technique treatment, a certified practitioner will gently assess your spine and identify areas indicating blockages. These blockages can stem from physical injuries, emotional trauma, or chemical stress, all of which can disrupt the body’s natural energy flow. The practitioner will then make contact with an access point along the spine. (there are 33 access points along the spine)
Once that contact is made, a message travels up the spine via the nervous system to the brain to communicate ease and optimal health and travels back down to the tailbone and this Spinal Flow is repeated. This is how blockages along the spine are removed slowly and gently, layer by layer.
By increasing the Spinal Wave in the body, the body releases stressors that the body was unable to process due to an overwhelmed state and this helps to restore balance and health in the body.
